San Joaquin Valley Health Fund Grant Opportunity

Grants will focus on Healthy Communities, inclusive of healthy food, healthy living environments and equitable land use planning. Three-year grants up to $900,000 (up to $300,000 annually) will be awarded to organizational clusters to accelerate policy or systems change. Eligible organizational clusters will work in the counties of Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Tulare.

Applications are due by January 24, 2017, at 1 p.m. Application materials and links are posted on the San Joaquin Valley Health Fund web page.

Attendance at the proposers’ conference or webinar is strongly recommended, though not required.

  • Proposers’ Conference – Wednesday, December 21, 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at First 5 Fresno – Register online by December 19
  • Proposers’ Webinar – Wednesday, January 11, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Register online by January 11 at 10 a.m.
